Your latest visit
When you are signed in, we keep the country, region, city and device type from your latest visit, and we refresh that record at most once a day. We do not keep your IP address.
How long we keep things
Reports: 12 months. Breach details inside a report: 90 days. Searches that never became a report: 90 days. Uploaded photos: deleted when the search ends, and within 7 hours.
People who are searched
If a report mentions you, you can ask us on the opt-out page to stop new checks on your number or email. We check that list before every new check. To have a report that already exists removed, write to hello@realbusted.com.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and a portable copy of your data. Write to hello@realbusted.com or use the opt-out page. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta or to your local data protection authority.
Photos
Only upload photos you have the right to share. Intimate images are refused.
